Xingong Machinery's Low-Voltage Rail-Powered Transfer Cars can be divided into theLRTS series and the LRTZ series.
The LRTS Series transfer cars use three-rail 36V AC power supply (stepped up to 380Vonboard). They are highly safe and flexible, capable of operating on S-shaped and curvedtracks. ldeal for heavy loads, high-frequency use, and full automation. However, they requireinsulated tracks, and additional transformers are needed for distances exceeding 70 meters.
The LRTZ Series transfer cars use two-rail 36V AC power supply. They offer high safety,strong maneuverability, long service life, and unlimited running distance, suitable for s-shaped, curved, and high-temperature tracks. They also require insulated tracks. Applicablefor load capacities up to 50 tons, and additional transformers are needed if the runningdistance exceeds 80 meters.

Furthermore, its running distance isunlimited, and it has low requirements for track laying, making it suitable for varioustransport applications.

Xingong Machinery's Battery Trackless Transfer Car Series consists of a power source, atransmission mechanism, a steel structure load-bearing frame, a steering system, a runninggear, a control module, and a fault diagnosis module. The power source for this series of carsis batteries. Power is supplied to the traction motor via the electrical control module system,enabling the trackless electric transfer cart to start, stop, move forward, move backward.turn, and perform other functions. This series ofcars can achieve a 60° in-situ rotation.All carts are equipped with safety warning and detection devices. Should a pedestrianor obstacle be encountered, the alarm will sound immediately, and the cart willautomatically stop. Each car also comes with a fully automatic intelligent charger.
